CHANGE OF MIND
We encourage you to choose your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind. We want you to be confident in your selection, so feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions before making your purchase.
FAULTY ITEMS / DAMAGED GOODS
Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your item/s and carefully pack them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us at info@pipandorange.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your item/s if you believe an item is faulty or was damaged in transit. We will ask for clear photos and a description of the fault before sending you a replacement, credit note or refund. In some cases, we will request the item is returned to us at our own expense.
CREDIT NOTES
Credit notes will be issued as an online voucher code sent via email. Credit notes are valid for 3 years and must be used in one transaction. They are not valid to be used on gift cards or shipping charges, only physical products.
Pip and Orange reserve the right to modify, amend, or revise this policy at their discretion and without prior notice.
