A pre order is an order placed for item/s before they are available for sale online. When you place a pre order the stock is reserved for you and when the product becomes in stock your order will be dispatched.

We require payment in full when a pre order is placed.

Orders containing pre order items will be held and shipped in full once the last item due arrives at our warehouse. Please place a seperate order if you'd like an in-stock item shipped sooner. The estimated delivery period will be noted in the product description.

In the rare occurrence that a shipment experiences delays due to factors such as weather, customs processing, or decisions made by shipping authorities, please be aware that these circumstances are beyond our control. We are unable offer refunds for such delays, but we will do our best to provide status updates to customers if they do occur.

ALL pre order sales are final, and cannot offer, refunds, returns, exchanges or credit notes for change of mind. Please contact us at info@pipandorange.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your item/s if you believe an item is faulty or damaged.

When not in stock, many of our pieces can be made to order. Our handmade pieces are crafted in small batches, ensuring quality and uniqueness. The estimated lead time for made-to-order items is typically 16 weeks, though this depends on the schedule of our next shipping container. We understand it's a wait, but trust us, it's worth it!
