We offer Australia-wide delivery.
Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping of $16 for all orders (excl. furniture and bulky items) to NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC and TAS. The delivery address must be a street address.
For customers in WA, NT, or SA, please contact us before purchasing for a shipping quote, otherwise a shipping invoice will be generated after purchase.
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible so we will send all orders (excl. furniture and bulky items) within 5 business days. Please contact us if you require your order more urgently and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are a small family business who manage our own local deliveries. We deliver furniture and bulky items for FREE to the Central Coast, and for $50 to Sydney or Newcastle.
Deliveries are usually arranged for early mornings. Some of our larger items may require your assistance to lift at the drop off location. If this is the case, you will be notified by email when we are arranging delivery. If nobody is present to assist, labour can be arranged for a fee of $100.
We will contact you within 5 business days or your order to arrange a delivery date and time. We will do our best to schedule a delivery date within two weeks of your order.
If your address falls outside our free local delivery zone, we use third-party freight companies to deliver Australia-wide. Please contact us using the form below, or email info@pipandorange.com.au, for a no obligation delivery quote.
Free local pickup is available from our Showroom at 407/882 Pacific Highway Lisarow NSW 2251. Pickup is available on Saturdays 9-1pm, and other days via appointment. Just select "Click and Collect" at checkout.
We will send out all orders (excluding furniture and bulky items) within 5 business days. Transit time is dependent on where you are located. It typically takes 3-4 days to capital cities and 4-5 days to regional areas. Please contact us if you require your order more urgently and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns
We encourage you to choose your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind. We want you to be confident in your selection, so feel free to use our Styled Selection Service, or reach out if you have any questions before making your purchase.
Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your item/s and carefully pack them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us at info@pipandorange.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your item/s if you believe an item is faulty or was damaged in transit. We will ask for clear photos and a description of the fault before sending you a replacement or refund. In some cases, we will request the item is returned to us at our own expense.
