Our brassware is handcrafted using the time-honoured method of lost wax casting. Highly skilled artisans carve intricate designs into wax and carefully layer clay over the creation, allowing it to dry. The molten brass is then poured into the mould, replacing the wax and taking on the desired shape. This process, while time-consuming, produces truly unique brass pieces that are unmatched in their craftsmanship.

Brass is a material that naturally discolours and develops a patina over time. This is a sign of the brass aging gracefully and is not considered a fault. If you wish to maintain your item's original shine, we recommend you clean and polish it regularly. Do not wash brassware in the dishwasher.

All wall hooks come with screws but please note the screws provided may not be appropriate for fastening to every type of surface or material.

Please note that as our cushions and throws are handmade and slight variations in size may occur from the product description.

Many of our cushions feature natural materials or fabrics dyed with natural dyes, making them susceptible to colour running during machine washing. We recommend spot cleaning with warm water only. When ironing, please use a low heat setting on the underside to prevent any damage to prints.

Our Clay Vessels are crafted from natural terracotta, intended solely for decorative purposes. Please refrain from using them outdoors or as containers for soil or water.

The handles on our pots and vases are designed solely for decorative purposes and are not intended to support the weight of the vessel. Please handle them by the base only.

All of our Clay Vessels are moulded and painted by hand, showcasing delicate brushstrokes, uneven surfaces, imperfect shapes and occasional clay clumping. These unique characteristics contribute to the charm of each piece.

Variations in appearance and dimensions may occur, adding to their individuality and artisanal allure.

If your vessel gets scuffed, a magic eraser sponge should do the trick. For tougher marks, a little gumption may be needed, but take care not to remove the paint.

Our tableware is all handcrafted from blocks of sustainably harvested teak wood. They are thoughtfully finished using a nourishing food-safe beeswax polish. This enhances the natural lustre of the wood, while providing it with resistance against scratches, stains and drying out.

To maintain its beauty and integrity, we recommend periodically applying a food-safe beeswax polish.

Promptly clean or rinse wooden products after each use. Wash items in warm, soapy water, and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Avoid soaking. For drying, elevate the product off the counter to ensure even air drying of all surfaces. Never wash wooden products in the dishwasher or use them in the microwave.

Most of our furniture is handcrafted from Sungkai wood and features natural rattan accents. Sungkai wood is a tropical hardwood sourced through sustainable harvesting practices. It is known for its durable and lightweight properties. It features a linear grain and beautiful blonde colour. Our Sungkai furniture is waxed, not varnished, to prevent yellowing and preserve its matte texture.

Our Mediterranean Collection is crafted using a timber frame, coated with a plaster render, sanded to a smooth finish, and then finished with a matte white paint.

Our furniture should be shielded from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Avoid contact with liquids and use a damp cloth to gently wipe away dust and surface grime.

Rattan accents can be cleaned by gently dusting the surface with a soft bristle brush or a barely damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, as they may damage the natural fibres and finish.

All of our furniture is suitable for indoor use only.

Kindly note our pendant shades are sold as shades only, without any electrical components included. We recommend purchasing these from Bunnings or a lighting specialist store.

Our Stoneware is all handcrafted on a potter's wheel. It is fired at a temperature of 1200 degrees celsius, making it an extremely strong and durable ceramic. The pieces in this collection are all suitable for holding water and dishwasher safe.

Our Terrazzo collection is handcrafted using a blend of natural stone, marble chips and cement. They feature a stunning matte finish.

The terrazzo pots and stool are exceptionally durable, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. As standard, they come without drainage holes, but we're happy to add them free of charge upon request.

Our trays and baskets are lovingly handwoven from natural materials. To maintain their beauty, we recommend keeping them indoors and away from high humidity areas. Please avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause gradual discolouration over time
