We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible so we will send out all standard orders within 5 business days. Please contact us if you require your order more urgently and we will do our best to accommodate you.

FREE SHIPPING - CENTRAL COAST, SYDNEY & NEWCASTLE

We offer free shipping of all items for delivery addresses on the Central Coast, Sydney and Newcastle. Please select the free shipping option at checkout. The delivery address must be a street address.

For bulky items customer assistance is required to assist the driver at the drop off location. If nobody is available, please notify us beforehand and labour can be arranged for a fee of $50.

We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a delivery date and time which is suitable. We will do our best to schedule a delivery date within two weeks of your order.

SHIPPING - ALL OTHER AREAS

For all other areas, shipping costs of standard items are calculated at the checkout, taking into account both the delivery address and the contents of your cart. The delivery address must be a street address.

If an item is considered bulky/ fragile this will be specified in the product description. Please contact us at info@pipandorange.com.au for a shipping quote.

LOCAL PICKUP

Once you have placed your order please allow up to 5 business days for it be prepared for collection. You will be contacted via email once your order is ready providing you with instructions on where to collect and to arrange a suitable time for pick-up. 

Please note that our warehouse is not permanently staffed so a pre-arranged time is necessary for collection. 

Customers will be required to ensure own assistance to carry out pick up orders. There will not be anybody on site to assist with lifting of bulky items.

Customers are responsible for checking item/s upon pick up before leaving premises. No credit/refund issued, if customers fail to check item/s before leaving premises.
